Insipired by 'Sherlock' again XD

Anyway I made two versions of this one as it was originally gunna be without the coat however Vex looks dashing in the scarf and the coat so I edited the lines after finishing the original <3 x3

There wasn't meant to be that many feathers but since I fucked up the layers, I couldn't add a background sooooooooo... made up with it with more feathers XD
