i have this problem called i love pulling on my septum
it never actually bleeds but it feels like i'm dying when i pull it too hard/the wrong way
luckily it's mostly healed now
looks like tureyr didn't get the "don't pull on it" memo tho, so now he's made a mess of his nose
gonna mark it as general since it's not really gore but let me know if i should change that
