Better version of his original concept art I made forever ago. He is a Koi monicorgi. Asagi koifish, corgi, and a water monitor lizard hybrid monster critter!

His behavior is much like a puppy and he has one floppy ear! He's got fins on his cheeks, elbows, head, and tail. His body shape, ears, and personality is more like a corgi pup(and his paws of course), his coloring more like a koi fish, and his muzzle, tail, and claws are from the lizard part of him.
