cept i sauteed some portabellas before doing the sauce, and I added extra dill, because dill's awesome, and I also added parsley. And pepper flakes. For color. And also because I love pepper flakes.
As for the wine, I used Gallo moscato, because it's cheap and it actually tastes good. Which is a big plus for me, because that means I can drink it!
...I would also like to add that my camera had a surprisingly-zero number of qualms with how photogenic this was. Which makes me happy as I would sure like them to go to college some day.

Vrghr might have put it on top of some rice or such, to soak up some of that lovely sauce. Wuff is definitely one who loves to get every drop of that sort of thing. *grins* Might even lick the plate! *chuckle*
