cept i sauteed some portabellas before doing the sauce, and I added extra dill, because dill's awesome, and I also added parsley. And pepper flakes. For color. And also because I love pepper flakes.
As for the wine, I used Gallo moscato, because it's cheap and it actually tastes good. Which is a big plus for me, because that means I can drink it!
...I would also like to add that my camera had a surprisingly-zero number of qualms with how photogenic this was. Which makes me happy as I would sure like them to go to college some day.
