So, this is the first piece I've ever done that is intended to express anything at all. Don't really think my skill measures up to what I was going for, but can't blame a horse for tryin'.
Generally, I'm just manipulating the ideas of "world-for-two"-type romance and the looming but non-imminent violence/metaphorical void.
Some day down the road, once I've improved a bunch, I hope to revisit this and do it up again proper.
