This time Thulsa Doom has detected the Intruders, and with his guards too far to be of immediate help to him, is in the process of Scaling Up to escape, which will force said Intruders to wait to face him another day.
This is to depict between two shots of that point on the movie, so his hood has just fallen away as his neck lengthens right after checking on 'his' Princess just before he starts to vacate the room.
