Sometimes emotions can't be restrained, sometimes they get so violent that there's no way but to release them. The Steamstorm works exactly like this, finely attuned to its wielder's emotions, it charges and charges until it has no other choice but to explode. Luckily for those around the wielder, there are nice hands that point to the 'level' of emotion, so they know when to duck. Not that it has some use, the Steamstorm's power boils everything in its path. That, and its blade is nothing to scoff at either.
