Hu Jing and third blade (NEED INPUT)

In the immortal words of Number "Johnny" Five, "Need input!"
I have two costume designs in mind for this character. One is a sort of harem-ish belly dancer made up more of jewelry than fabric. The other is a cloth affair patterned after the merchants in "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon."
Her blade is small, but she is quick. Her right hand is throwing a pinch of sand at an enemy's eyes so she can butcher him while he blinks.

Cloth, jewels would get in the way and be too flashy for what she does.

OP
Crap. I was afraid that's what you'd say. It's probably the best idea, though.

I don't know the outfit from the movie you speak of, but I like the more jewelry oriented outfit idea. Coffinberry has a point about practicality, but since when does that stop anyone? Have you seen what you average female adventurer wears? I fully support this armor from lack of armor practice, by the way.

I'll have to side with Coffinberry, Cloth.
