At present, probably due to the target audience for Pokémon not overlapping with the pre-potty training ages (for now >:3). However, the original target audience for Pokémon is now adult and child-raising age and would probably take well to being marketed Pokémon diapers for their offspring.

Of course, there's also always the possibility of licensed or unlicensed Pokémon decorations for grownup-size diapers, too. >:3 Given the licensing issues, it would probably take the form of sticker sheets applied to a blank diaper.
