This one was large enough that I actually had to worry about the edges (note the gradient at the bottom of the picture). The paper you were using is actually larger than the A3 scan area. Next time I go to Columbus, I'm buying you good paper from Blicks.

I can't complain for the price, I got the paper in a bundle of 100 for .50 at a garage sale and only recently started using it because all my good stuff goes for the comic. Though I will never turn down one of your recommendations....

Make a border in blue pencil so that you have 11.7" x 16.5" (12x17). That way you've got bleed area that you know won't be scanned and can size appropriately.
