It's a Capybara. He originates from So. America, so he looks pretty cold sitting there.
Evil beaver indeed, his species order is rodentia (rodents), so his incisors are HUGE.
But they are gentle creatures and are regulars at petting zoos.
Think of them as giant Guinea Pigs.
