Soldiers of the Fire Caste all fight towards the Greater Good. Those who aren't born Tau however can still fight for the Tau Empire so long as they willingly submit and accept the Greater Good. Those that do submit are known as Gue'vesa and are treated as equals within the Tau Empire. Deemed as traitors and heretics by the Imperium, these soldiers now fight for the Tau with great fervor.
