Yes, they are both domesticated. At the Lazy Dog restaurant I've gotten to eat dinner with both wolves on one occasion, and this fox on another. It was absolutely magical. People were stunned that the animals were so docile. Also that woman is the first (or second) to actually receive a USDA permit for a domesticated fox in California, since, ever. It was a momentous occasion for her to have that animal here.
It was also totally compliant, it never struggled once, people would come up to it and pet it. Same with the creature below, at the LA pet expo his muzzle was stained red from the lipstick of the many kisses he got from the girls from "Pinups for pitbulls" he is a very sweet, very docile creature and loves people. He's even good around dogs. His owner and handler has my deepest respect, she is truly gifted with wisdom for handling animals. The woman in this picture is the foxe's handler and friend to the woman with the wolves.

Be careful what you wish for... The woman holding the fox is a breeder of them, and it is surprisingly inexpensive to own one. Only the Siberian Cupcake foxes act like dogs and are easy to own... This type of fox is more wild, still, but still able to be a companion.
