I had time to waste so I decided to take a pencil and to try to draw something and I'm very glad of the result. I though I could add ears outside of the helmet for justify its publication there but, well, the visor ruined my idea but I did the long (and ugly) Ulmer Mask 82 which (if you've got a bit of imagination) can let think that this pilot has a muzzle and then that he's a furry and that he have his place here. XD

Well, I was thinking the same, but it's also mostly because there's a headphone system in the helmet and that if the ears are out of the helmet, I think it would have some difficulties for communicate without speaking about the awful engine noises which are reduced by the helmet. But I'm still wondering how a large eared animal would fit its ears back in the helmet...

I suppose this system could work, I must say that I never really know which one could be used because in the both cases there's a solution but I suppose that it's more pleasant to have the ears out of the helmet than folded back in it.
