Doggy request for 
lilspoon of her late Micha.
I don't think I've ever done an image like this before. I used photos in the past for references, but only for body structure or specific parts. I can not recall ever doing an image of someone's pet before in a portrait.
I did this quite quickly on one layer. I think she came out very well. I used two other layers for the background and my signature. Didn't want to spoil the work with my mark.
