Madali is an elf but to the world she is viewed as a mischievous witch. She knows various styles of spell casting from different ages and her most prized possessions is the ability to alter time. Though to alter time is not through a spell cast, but a potion.

She has an interest in the strange Elegan species, solely because they are closely link with dragons, which are considered to be rare in her time. She would try and lure them in since most Elegans are very naive and confused in their placement to the world.
