A species from my fantasy setting, the Deep Ones. They're basically anthro anglerfish. Also, he isn't supposed to be one handed, the second hand just blocked his tail and looked awkward, besides, most Deep Ones involved in the game (most not dwelling thousands of feet below the polar ice in the oceans) are missing limbs, hands, etc, which is why they were banished.
