Sometimes you have images of your character in your mind... those sacred moments that define them body and soul. These are private imaginings, nearly impossible to verbalize. So, to have an artist take that image and make it come to life is a rare thing indeed.

This is an absolutely gorgeous little picture. I love the peaceful, contemplative feel the artist has evoked and how, in such a small frame, they were able to portray a vast world around her and the feeling of a little slice of stolen time that is so precious and so rare in any era. It really is a lovely little picture and they made the pond and Quill both look so wonderful.
I love the atmosphere of this piece. Dark, surrounded by looming clouds, and utterly vulnerable where she perches, but, at the same time, accompanied by the lightning bugs. Little beings there to shed light on the darkest of days. It just... speaks volumes beyond anything I could put to words.
