My nerdy steampunk dragon

She's a sassmaster and reclusive, but mostly because she's always working on building and designing and tinkering with mechanical things.
She was born without wings but longed for flight, so she built herself some fashionable, and semi functional mechanical wings (only good for gliding) and also became an airship baroness. So generically steampunk.
She also hoards, obviously, gears and clock parts and mechanical bits and builds with it all.
