tomi's my secondary fursona, he's pretty hyper, slightly rude, social, cynical and somtimes a little inappropriate! he's pretty much there to contrast omate's mildness
his eyes change color, they're usually red like the his hair, but sometimes change to blue depending on his mood (blue when feeling surprised/sad/depressed/etc)
his color scheme is built of 3 colors and his design as a general is super simple, hopefully i'll make a proper reference sheet soon haha
