Just got through streaming and wanted to take a break from working on ROL and just draw character I've neglected thus far. Delvin being one of them. I just wanted to make a bunch of drawing of him, but my brain is stuck in comic mode. So I drew a simple comic with him and the weather. I know it's not snowing here now...but it is currently snowing somewhere in the universe. *wishful thinking* So here's my attempt at weather clothing humor.
