Always always always maintain eye contact, never look away, if the wolf forgets you're human he may treat you like prey.

He's on his back, his legs in the air thrashing about. In the wolf world, I am a packmate, playing with him. If it were not so, I would be dead. You know how your dog gets on her back and thrashes about, making growling noises? Well, wolves are not beyond that. But you gotta know how to read them. He was at peace, so I was at peace.
