I present to you : zalgus. He is the lord of vampires and the father of our grumpy Vlad. Zalgus has been a typical evil vampire until the day he meet the mortal and beautiful Lady Blanca. Rather than simply biting her.. They started to meet on a daily - erm.. nightly base and he showed her thing she wasn't able to see since her partens often locked her away. She woke up the kind heart in him and made him a better person. Their luck seemed complete when she was pregnant. Sadly giving birth to Vlad caused her dead. zalgus griefed about loosing her, feeling like his heart is broken. But when he saw his son he saw her presence and face in him and it helped to heal this wound. He wanted to give all the love he could give to his only child. Vlad was ment to be risen as the half mortal he is: not becoming a vampire monster like his father has been, rather to chance the view on vampires. But his past haunted Zalgus and one day the vampire hunters found and killed him. - "Killed" he returned to his coffin, that was well hidden and would regain his life power - for a looot of years. Vlad was saved by his minions and hiddn until the boy was old enough to establish a castle of his own - being half mortal gave Vlad a long time to build a caslte with bare hands :D

Years later he meet that strange joyful Lion demon and that shy but nice werewolf. One day a strange dude appeared and told Vlad who he is and for sure he wanted to meet the ghost of his caring mother and find his father. He found everything his father had stored for his beloved son - Bara never saw Vlad cry so much like on this day -. And at one certain day when the fog between the world of the living and the death was much more fragile than usual Vlad felt that some presence returned ... Happily father/son reunion alter :D
