I feel like I have to explain myself for this one. I've studied poison plants for the better part of the last decade as a hobby. Wolfsbane is a subspecies of Monkshood. While Monkshood IS referred to as "wolfsbane" this is actually incorrect in the same way you would use "Red rose" to refer to the entire rose species. Wolfsbane is a specific type of Monkshood. Aconitum lycoctonum vulparia. Which is Yellow. While many species of Monkshood are purple.
