Syrith is 
Raix SolHart's sister. I don't remember her extremely well, but she's trying to save her world from it's inevitable death, and she's willing to cross just about any boundary to do it. Her determination is so great that it seems to have a tangible effect on the world around her - warping things to suit her expectations and desires without anyone being the wiser.
She hates her brother, finds him disgusting in his apparent nihilism and lack of care for what happens to their world, and surely they butt heads more than once.
Her armor is inspired quite a bit by the Elite Knight armor from Dark souls - with a few changes. The heels are actually not to feminize, but to be imposing. Noblemen would wear heels in older times because it increased their height and increased their presence.
