A character I had in my head for awhile, sort of from the same world as Electa, Franny and the bunch :U

Always wanted to make a Gangar character considering he's one of my favorite ghost pok'emon, the other one being Golurk.

Ya know what's funny? the last time I ever drew Gengar was since 3RD GRADE! XD lol at any-rate I kinda like his design so yeah lol.

I noticed he kinda looks like an owl in some angles lol
