Hah. I really like this. :)
The black and white works beautifully at capturing a spookiness to the entire scene. Seeing the background in focus, while you're in motion, gives this the look and feel of those ghost shows with some type of shadow creature popping up in the frame. I like to think that you're out there, haunting people's houses. :D
