I bought an adopt from Flintsfreaks more than 2 years ago and messaged them every month or so for the first year about this adopt. I paid for it plus extra for changes. I never received the original file or any of the changes OR a response even.
I ended up just doing the changes myself. I'm still pissed about it, but not quite ready to get rid of her yet lol.

Her name is Rave and she's a Bataroo.
