back before i actually got a grip on my anger issues this was a common thing for me(i have a short fuse and i still do, but i manage to keep a calm conposure and be nice, unless you insult/hurt someone i care about) looking into a mirrion, puddle, or any reflective surface and seeing darkside instead of myself.
