so being the lucky bastard I am I won a YCH by 
WindSentinel who I'm a huge fan of. The prize? getting a goddamn badass metal gear ray form! Needless to say it comes fully capable of vore, eating big things from people to tanks, and of course, digestion is guaranteed and gurgle-ey. for all you reformation folks I'm sure he takes tissue samples for some kind of cloning/reformaton process.
As I watched winder draw this on stream I decided I wanted to draw it myself, so here's the third attempt, a head-on view of him staring at something who is probably about to get a lesson in metal gear biology, specifically how their digestive system works.

So yeah. Metal gear rath. It's a thing now. I've got a couple vore pics of it I drew up but I don't think they're so good. I'll try and draw a vore pic of it to this standard tomorrow and upload it, then back to the request sequence.

The general idea of a "metal gear" is a bipedal vehicle capable of launching a nuclear warhead, so there's quite a bit of variation in how they actually look and what they're made of, but metal gear ray features carbon nano tube muscle fibres and several models of ray are operated by artificial intelligence. Combined with the fact that it can "roar" and that is has a mouth, metal gear ray is a machine that has a very organic feel to it.
Personally, I like my living machines to be organic with a metallic outer shell, or something to that end, so I like to think "metal gear rath" or whatever I'll call it is built to mimic a living being. So yeah, it does vore and stuff and goes gurgle.
