Just a pic i decided to draw of Rocko and Heffer, where they're wearing old fashioned outfits. More specifically from the episodes "Yarnbenders" and "The Emperor's New Joe", i just love drawing characters in these type of outfits.
Rocko came out almost spot on, Heffer on the other hand...not so much.
The outfits here are like the kind worn by French noblemen and the Russian czars from the mid to late 1700's through sometime in the mid 1800's.
