Base/Background/Program: Pokemon Art Academy

I drew Kyogre and Groudon before but never drew Rayquaza due to it's...complexity X3

However in Celebration for the Mystery Gift Event on Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby that gives you a lvl 70 Shiny Rayquaza (with Dragon Ascent so it can mega evolve) I decided to finally draw this complex beast but in its epic shiny colors. I hope everyone loves it. it took quite a while to get the lines right ^^'' like I said...it's a very complex and detailed pokemon. but I am proud of the Results ^^
