This is one of my new favourite late night snacks. Vanilla ice cream covered with roasted garlic & bacon salid dressing. And a nice frosty glass of Guinness to wash it all down.

The garlic ice cream was quite nice, indeed! Wuff had a scoop just to "say I done it", but turned out to be good enough for a second trip to the stand wuff bought it from. *smiles*
They roast the garlic before adding it to the vanilla cream base, so it has a savory, nutty, mild flavor instead of the sharp, hot garlic-y 'bite'.
And yus! Bacon DOES make everything better! *chuckles* Chocolate covered bacon is a great treat! And using maple & brown sugar coated "candied" bacon in the ice cream was YUM! The version Vrghr had was a maple-based cream. Bet it would be really good in a chocolate or chocolate mocha one too!
