WHY IS FOOD STLL NOT A SUBMISSION THEME? DANG IT, FA.
I made this very early yesterday morning. I was sleepless, bored, and... stil a bit angry from some people online. So, bread.
I haven't made bread in a long time, and wanted to make some again.
I *sigh* I was hoping that the smell of fresh baked would delight my family, or at least mom. Instead, she scoffed and fussed about it.
Not long after,my sister greedily took someone else's wrapped food, over cooked it, the overpowering burnt meat smell quickly spreading through the house, and... not a word was said to her.
...
Eh, this is plain white bread. This is the only type I know how to make right now, but I hope to learn how to make other kinds.

I submitted something to FACCC once. I don't think they liked it...
This is just a very basic white bread though. The only thing I do differently, as I do with all bread products, it change the cook time and temperature.
The recipe says 400 for 30 minutes. That's too long and high in my opinion. 375 for 20 minutes is good.
I do the same with pizza too. I always lower the temperature 25 degrees lower than what the directions say, and put it in the over for the lowest time they specify.
