I haven't drawn Pandora for a loooong time so thought I would draw her again. This has been really good practice for me, especially with water. This took me HOURS. Been working on it for three days and it's finally done. It could be better but i'm quite happy with it ;w; I used the brush tool for the water then went over it with the water tool in Paint Tool Sai. Sorry i'm so obsessed with starry backgrounds.
