Well, it seems 
likes to overload his storage of Phazon (a mystical energy source only he can collect) but does result in a slight...bloat as we could say. Anyway, he just is outright honest about what he does when he was caught by me as he was doing his over collection again...Heh...hope I don't get into trouble for spotting him...Also, I think he might need a new outfit...Wait...He's still collecting?
