would have called him an Argonian due o the design of the head and horns. The body is to bulky in my opinion, including the tail, to resemble a kobold... OR at least the D&D kobolds i grew up with...
But since humans can get fat, i also belive that cobolds can get fat... so in a way, that Kobold is in the chubby side of things *shrugs*
