YAY!!! It's Wolf again!
I always imagined Wolf being the kind of guy who would wear as little clothing as possible, even if he's out in the field. And why should he? Just look at those muscles and body! I don't think one bit that he's body shy. He's also Fox's rival. He likes to prove that he is better than Fox at everything, including who has the better looks and body.
It's really no big contest here, Wolf is the best.
