I like the anatomy in the first panel, that looks like a tricky angle to pull off, especially with both characters looking behind them like that.
Though Barbara's face looks pretty weird in the fourth panel to be honest. For some reason something seems a little bit off about Samael's expression in the fifth panel too, I think it's because her muzzle looks like it suddenly got smaller.
And also........
All the signs in that third panel! I love it!
So would this mean she's using sign language? Oh oh wait, better yet, "It's a sign!". Oh oh, wait! This si-... ok, I'll stop.
.... hmm, so does Barbara not know who Samael is? From what I've seen of her, if you know who she is then laughing at her face would be a very very bad idea.... speaking of which, I am surprised the appeared in front of them so small, she seemed kinda the proud and dominant type, didn't expect her to not appear as big or bigger than the others.... especially since in just about every other appearnce she was bigger than everyone else.
(P.S. A few spelling errors, "dose" should be "does" (otherwise this takes a completely different... and confusing.. meaning) ... and "deptic" if I am thinking of the right word should be "depict")

I'm gonna write an angry letter to every art software developer to add a freakin' spell and check add-on!
Actually it's kind easy to pull off the anatomy now and then for me, I must be getting better at it, also, pointing out that she's there was a joke (very obviously) cause she's kinda small and hard to see. And nah, she was kind of scared at first but seeing her at her size made her giggle, and she gonna regret that.
