also, ignore the fact that Malutki's sleeves magically grow fur cuffs halfway through the comic.

Nah. He folded them back from the inside of his sleeves. Both to show the cuffs off, and to allow for easier shuffling.

Well, she sold them before she was dragged into town and saw the kid faint, i guess. We'll catch up with her in the next comic :)

Now *this* is some hard-working dialogue! You have a talent for writing involving conversations, but this one seems particularly effective. Not much is going on, yet there's a ton being said.
