well here is a consept peice for my charicter Vutha, whom I'm going to get comishioned, this may be his sleeve tattoo

it has a moon to symbolize hsi connection to the shdaow plains
2 notical stars, on inner arm to guid him safely (5 point) the second a 10 point to guide his freinds and family safely
a sword as a symobl of his "home town"
a door and spirets, the gateway to the spiret relm, as well as his god's holy symbol (a doorway)
chains cover em up, and are locked for the face he's bound to those worlds, but can't be there
and to tie it all together various celtic knots and symbols
