Oh hey, it's my other self-inset I never draw anymore coughcough
It looks like all this time off has made Overlord just... a little lethargic. Well more-so than he was before anyway.
he wasn't exactly intimidating enough to muscle his way into Blood Bowl a year ago, he's not exactly getting in now.
Gimi and Kako aren't too happy about it to say the least.

(oh and for any new watchers, just to nutshell it, Overlord is kind of a direct parody of THE Overlord from the Overlord videogames, which is is where my love of goblin/imps came from.)

he's actually been out of work for quite some time.
my internal canon is that he amassed an army, was ready to take out his evil chaos over the world...
and then he discovered he was absolutely terrible at it and was defeated miserably. Like the 'grand hero' type character wouldn't even kill him because he felt bad.
So his goblin army left, ultimately nobody respects him and Gimmi is the only one who still has any faith that he'll rise again someday. He lives in hiding now, but the funny thing is that nobody seems to recognize him even though he still keeps his helmet on.
Oh and as for Kako, that was Gimmi's attempt to raise a demon from the underworld to give Mashta an edge, but... well. Summoning demons is kinda complicated and she isn't versed in magic, so she pretty much got a lesser lesser lesser lesser lesser demon.
