This is my latest story I have published, and it was a quick thing I simply spewed out to make my readers realize I'm still alive and kicking. I consider it the prologue to a comical comic I intend to start up with an artist--if I can ever find one. It explains some of the social and political issues that cause a teen, who was cryonically preserved as a test subject, to wake up among a world ran by animal/human hybrids who call themselves "Terragonians." I am on hold with the written series until the comic can be produced alongside it.

Thank you for the comment and the enthusiasm! I should have bonus material coming out until the real chapters can be published with the webcomic. I am waiting for an artist to work with me in regards to the comic, but I'm happily plugging away, designing new characters and extra plot features until the real writing may commence.
J. R. R. Tolkien had it right about committing a long time into developing a universe. Worlds aren't born overnight, in reality and in fantasy. I feel readers will be able to better engage with the story if they can understand the history and the social progress--in this case it can be argued, the social regression--that took place in the years before the point I want to begin telling the story. I have nearly 3,000 years worth of wars, political adversity, social changes, cultural shifts, genetic alterations, natural evolution of the land, and technology to create and design. It's safe to say this story will take a longer time to tell than some of my one-shots.
