One of my few OCs that "kind of" fits in the furry category.
He has two main forms one of which is this kind of tentacle eared humanoid. His other form is much more octopus-like, but he can mimic other ocean dwelling fauna.

He used to inhabit an otherworldly ocean, until he was summoned into this world by a stuttering pirate black magic user some time in the 1800s. He stayed as a cabin boy till his piracy days were ended when an armada sunk his ship. Being a long-lived
creature who thrives underwater, he survives and swears revenge on the descendents of the armada, though at present, given his short attention span, he's only caught a few of these descendents.

To accomplish this he has a shiny viscous secretion that, depending on his mood, can set to a flexible coating or hard shell. Also in his arsenal is some defense dampening pheromones. He likes to make friends with his quarry and eventually surf with them and keep them in his grotto.
