This is the mask I made in senior year art class. Those familiar with the Super Mario universe should recognize this character as Phantos from Super Mario Bros. 2. This enemy would guard the key needed to access certain locked doors in the land of Subcon. If Phantos discovered an intruder lurking whose mission focused on stealing the key, he would give flying chase to them in an effort to knock the treasure from the enemy's hands and maybe inflict some damage to them as well.

My teacher, completely oblivious to the character this mask was based on, thought it resembled a Mexican wrestling mask like something out of Nacho Libre. o_O; But this is indeed based on Phantos.
