That is completely the wrong camera to use with that hat. Taken at furthemore 2015.

But it still looks good. My uncle used an Anniversary Graphic (I may have that name wrong) for our family reunion pics up thru the 80's until he passed on. In later years, it had a I think Honeywell electronic strobe flash. The camera, I found out later was one that he may have carried as a combat photographer in Europe during WW2. (he had several older Graflex's as well as Crown models) I never did get to discuss this with him, and I am sorry about that today.
You're right, there is an anniversary graphic. The internet informs me that they were made from 1940 to 1947, so that sounds possible for WW2. I have my grandmother's brownie camera, which my great uncle took to WW2 when he was in a photographic squadron. His story was they built a contraption involving lots of razor blades to cut down 7 inch film to 120, to put in my grandmother's camera. But they didn't have the backing paper, so they had to cover up the window and keep track of how much the wind the camera on each frame.
