Back in the primitive days when a lot of communications and most art submissions to my zine involved actually sending paper to one another.
As a bonus you'd often find extra art on the outside of the envelope or in this case at the bottom of a letter.
This little sketch involving the artist's own characters The Pervert Rangers and The Animaniacs was too much fun not to share.
