Ferrah is one of those OC's of mine where her personality has been revealing to me through each drawing I do. The first time I drew her, I thought of her as this punk drummer. Now whenever I draw her I think of her as this undersea hunter and witch; whom also has a feral dragon shape. She spends most of her time studying undersea herbology; viewing old tablets, and reading from a large crystal ball that she can gain access to earthdwelling text books she otherwise couldn't access underwater. Her pet is a predatory (but very cute in normal form) fuzzy fish, it uses its fuz to lure in prey before it noms.

She is a stunning beauty. I love underwater scenerey so much and you nailed it down so beautiful.
The soft blurr makes it so smooth as if you would look through a snorkel google or a camera that is underwater and focusing on her. I see all these colorful fish and details and hear some blubb in my head. Wonderful artwork.
The flow of her hair is so nice too and the blue glow that seems to come from the surface is a super nice touch.
