A cake I made for my moms birthday. Red velvet, her favorite, with cream cheese icing in various colors. The center of the sunflowers are fudge stuffed oreo cookies, and tiny pearl sprinkles make the center of the periwinkles.
The thing about the cream cheese icing is that even the homemade stuff doesnt do well with decorating. It's too soft and melts too easily. But you cant have red velvet without cream cheese. lol. Hopefully it doesnt look too melted.
