And here's the (almost) final product. :D (Sketches here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1649865/) There's still a lot to fix on this, but most of it doesn't really show up in the small photos so I thought I'd share. It's been torture keeping this project a secret, so I'm just happy it's finally almost done! And, of course, there's the mini stein that started it all... ^_^
Yes, she does also stand without the stein. I added the base partway through, for people who would want to view/display the whole figure. She's meant to be a jaguar to match the stein, but she could probably be modded to be any big-cat type girl.
For my watchers: yes, this is why I wrote the journal asking about preferences on painted vs. unpainted figures. :3
P.S.
Sculpture + stein stands about 10.5 inches tall, from base to fingertips. The model is made with a mix of Super Sculpey + Sculpey III, with wire and epoxy putty for the inner skeleton.

Unfortunately, I can't; not at prices the fandom at large would consider reasonable, anyhow. And I really do mean unfortunately! I'd love to sculpt an equine anthro. However, I don't even take 2D commissions currently because I still have one that I'm working on.
The only sculpture commissions I currently offer are the headbadges because they're quick and small, something I can complete in a reasonable amount of time and deliver to the buyer.

Unfortunately I'm only doing headbadges as commissions right now. ^_^; Sorry...like I said above, I'd like to but I know with my other work, I wouldn't be able to keep up.

It's a blend of Super Sculpey and some white and black Sculpey III. Super Sculpey on its own is kinda this translucent flesh tone, which isn't really easy to read, visually. You see bumps that aren't there and miss ones that are.
I added the info to the description too...I should have done that at the beginning, sigh. <XD

You make sculpting look very fun... not to mention how impressive this is. Very nice. I wish I knew where to start on painting them... because I seriously might take this up. Is there a viable way to reproduce these with your own supplies.... ie with molding or whatnot? I think my biggest fear would be messing up the paint and not being able to get a second chance.
Well, I'm looking into estimates for getting copies made, so I'd suppose people could buy multiples and try out different designs. That'd be neat! :D As far as painting, really, sky's the limit. If you have access to an airbrush kit and a compressor, that generally makes the smoothest applications, but I've seen people do neat things with just a few brushes.
But really, if you make a mistake with paint, you can probably just bomb it off chemically with one kind of paint remover or another, and start over. or just paint over the one area in a flat color (thinned out a little so it doesn't lump up and destroy the details) and do over. :)
Of course, I know I've been spending too much time at the computer when my internal voice screams "Undo! Undo!" after I make a mistake in real media. <XD

holy, you too?? i always try to hit ctrl z and then realize.. theres no keyboard in front of me :{ ..
but i know how you feel.
either way. this is beautiful . how much might you sell the copies for? like do you have any estimate yourself? or would you have to wait completely until you knew the other prices of recreating them etc.?

The turn around of the figure has alot of life too it. I love how you captured the flow of her form and her hair, it feels like she's spinning around while frozen in time.
I feel bad I missed the journal about the topic, I don't know what you're doing right now but personally I would say just keep it simple and make it a solid white gloss cover. Keep it nice and smooth so you can keep the essence of the form and details in the flow.
This is looking wonderful, keep it up.

It's sort of half and half. Started as a random art project incorporating a found item, but I'm sending photos to a couple casting places to see what the $ realities are for getting castings made. I'd like to offer it as a sort of limited-edition artist resin, which would be a heck of a lot more affordable for fans than one single OOAK sculpt. :)
If estimates are too through-the-roof, though, she might just go up for sale on her own.

*laugh* Well, the whole idea originally came up because I found the stein in a thrift store. Says Avon on the bottom, I think it's meant more for collecting than using since it's very small. Took it home, started thinking it'd be neat to sculpt something to go inside of it, and this is what came about. :)
I opened preorders for copies of the figure (see my journal; she stands on her own too, as shown), but if you want a stein you'll have to find your own on eBay or something. ;D
